Action Plan for a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving
I really do enjoy Thanksgiving. The colors, the smells, the family time, the pie. Oh yeah, it definitly fills me up in so many ways. Plus, it’s my birthday sometime over that weekend, depending on the year, and the Sagittarian in me loves to double dip on the celebrating – and so do my friends, so it’s usually a very loooong weekend!
While it’s great to have so much to celebrate (and we all can find many, many reasons in our lives even though there may be hardships too), sometimes too much of a good thing can be, well, too much. And we all know how important it is to keep our energy and immunity levels high – this year more than ever. We want to be able to celebrate without feeling exhausted, indulge without feeling excessive and make healthy choices without feeling deprived.
So I’m going to give you an action plan so you can take a different approach to Thanksgiving week, and keep it going throughout the holiday season. We’ll focus on staying on track while still enjoying all the abundance and blessings of the season. And we’ll have energy and inspiration to take us into the new year. Doesn’t that sound like something to celebrate?
Join me live on November 18th at 11am (mountain time) to find out how you can stay active and energized during Thanksgiving without giving up the good stuff.
In the session we will:
- make a plan for Mon – Sun of Thanksgiving week
- discuss ways to incorporate exercise into your holiday
- learn tactics to prioritize your wellbeing
- set intentions to improve your energy levels rather than drain them
Once you take control of how you approach Thanksgiving week, it will be easy to continue these habits right through the holidays. Because we should be celebrating our health, not sabotaging it!
See you Monday,
Vicki
