Smart Eating at Holiday Parties

Ok, you’ve got your pantry stocked, menu planned and are ready to launch your holiday plans, business as usual. But this year is anything but usual, and like our grandparents before us, who suffered through the Great Depression or rationing of WWII, we’re going to have to “make the best of it” due to the limitations of this unique time. We’ll need to take a few precautions and enforce some household policies around our holiday gatherings to keep us all safe and help us collectively do the right thing.
That doesn’t mean that you can’t celebrate. In fact, I think we need to celebrate our blessings even more this year. The way to rise above adversity and attract greater health and abundance is to focus on the positive. To be thankful for all the things we DO have, even though we might not have everything we want. And, honestly, do we ever??
So this year, in addition to employing smart strategies to not over-indulge this season, let’s also take a good look at how to keep our holiday tables safe and our celebrations appropriate. Join me live on Wednesday 25th at 10am. We’ll discuss how you can focus on the joy of the occasion, be a conscientous host and fill more than just your dinner plate.
