Action Plan for a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving
Do the holidays derail you from your health and fitness goals?
Every year from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Eve, I look forward to hanging out with friends and family, going to events and parties, and ending each day with that happy, content feeling. But I always seem to end up haggard and crabby. It really sucks, and makes me dread this time of year and things that make the season bright. Plus, it really throws my good intentions for diet and exercise right out the window.
I start rationalizing my bad behavior like “I can’t miss out on the cookies” or “I’ll make up for it in January” or “I just want to be lazy cuz it’s christmas” And then after a few weeks of that kind of self-sabotage, I’m feeling depressed, bloated and full of self-loathing, Grinchy, grinch for sure.
I thought to myself, “How can I celebrate the holidays, AND honor my commitment to a healthy lifestyle?
So, I developed a way to have my egg nog and drink it too….the secret is to start planning a strategy now to stay on track next week. I’d love to share my secrets to enjoying food, family and the holiday and feel great (without being overly-strict or depriving myself of anything). Click here for my free workshop “Action Plan for a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving”. I’ll show you how to:
- Change the voice in your head that tells you “I’m too busy – I can’t control myself – I lose track – I have to many things to do – I don’t have time”
- Create strategies to avoid overeating
- Include exercise and movement in your holiday plans
- Keep your body energized and on track
- Indulge the right way while avoiding weight gain and depression during the holiday
Basically, I”m going to show you how to structure the week of thanksgiving – Monday through Sunday. I have strategies to turn your weekend from a battlefield into spa retreat so you can be refreshed and ready for the next phase of the holidays.
Plus, you’ll enjoy this special time of year even more cuz you won’t feel like crap, and trust me, your family will truly thank you for it. Click here to join me now, and have a Happy and Healthy Holiday!
